Over the Top Roof Repair does excellent work at honest prices. They are meticulous, professional, evaluate your entire roof, find the problem, review everything concerning the leak showing you photos and a hand drawn diagram of the area to be repaired. They guarantee their work.

Quick response to our call about checking our roof. Evaluated our roof and recommended a couple of repairs. Did not try to recommend any additional work to be done than was necessary. We were advised about the possible length of time before our repair would be done but also explained if something came up that caused concern to call and someone would come out. We highly recommend Charlie. He fixed 3 leaks in our concrete tile roof and replaced a section of fascia that a previous contractor tried to fix. Charlie pays close attention to the details, is a master of his craft, and will do the job right the first time.

Charlie did a great job repairing my roof and was 1/3 the price of the other two quotes I received. He explained the work required in clear, detailed, accurate language, was very familiar with my type of roof, made the repairs promptly and professionally. I can't say enough about Charlie and the work he completed on my roof. For a number of years I have been addressing repeated issues that caused continuing stress and repairs. He thoroughly inspected the roof. Charlie gave me a complete proposal with a sketch and explanation of the issues and why. His pricing was competitive and his quality superb. He was about two weeks out, and was addressing my repair within the estimated time. He was courteous, professional, and so efficient as he progressed through the scope of work. I knew I was in the best hands. I have a roof that will serve us well for a number of years. So grateful I found him.
